Important notice

Spare parts order on the basis of a correct product number of the product - PNC / Product Number / Prod. No / E-Nr. . Spare parts for different product numbers are not the same, then customers do not fit into their products. If you do not find your product number on website, please contact us and we will add the missing product number on website. Some spare parts may require professional installation or configuration. When buying goods customer acknowledges that the fact he is aware of and agrees with it. If you are unsure whether your chosen piece will work without professional help, do not order a spare part.

 

Purchase Contract

The contractual relationship between seller and buyer arises delivery order acceptance (confirmation) which is sent to the buyer by e-mail. Buyer agrees to the use of distance communication in concluding the purchase contract. Costs incurred by the buyer when using means of distance communication in connection with concluding a purchase contract (cost of internet access, telephone costs) borne by the Buyer.

 

Prices, payment, transport

Seller reserves the right to change prices. Customer orders goods for prices in this site at the time of final confirmation. Customer will receive a confirmation email. All products covered by the Act no. 185/2001 Coll. liquidation are included in the rate increase (PHE) according to valid prices. Delivery time depends on country of origin. Please look at table below for list of countries. We send shipments no later than ten (10) working days from the next business day after the day when the payment for the order was credited to our bank account. In case it is impossible to execute an order or some of the goods not in stock, we will inform you of this fact immediately.

Seller reserves the right to cancel the order or its part in the following cases:

• Goods are no longer produced or delivered or are significantly altered price supplier - In the event that this happens, the seller will immediately contact the buyer to agree on further action. In the event that the buyer has paid part or full amount of the purchase price, this amount will be returned to the bank account.

Withdrawal from contract

The Purchaser shall, in accordance with the provisions of § 53 par. 7 of the Civil Code, the right to withdraw from the contract, within fourteen (14) days of receipt of goods. Withdrawal from the contract must be delivered to the Seller within fourteen (14) days of receipt of goods. Withdrawal from the contract buyer can send inter alia, the address of the seller or the seller's e-mail address This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. The goods must be returned to the seller within 5 working days from dispatch withdrawal seller.

The goods must be returned to the Seller condition and, if possible, in the original packaging. Within fourteen (14) days from returning goods by the buyer, the seller is entitled to examine the returned goods, particularly in order to determine whether the returned goods are not damaged, worn or partially consumed. In case of withdrawal seller will return the purchase price to the buyer within ten (10) days from the deadline for examining goods, but not later than fourteen (14) days from the receipt of the withdrawal from the contract buyer, bank transfer to an account designated by the buyer.

Buyer acknowledges that if the goods returned by the buyer will be damaged, worn or partially consumed, the Seller becomes entitled to damages incurred by him. Is entitled to compensation, the seller is entitled to unilaterally set off against the Buyer's claim for refund of the purchase price.

 

Complaints and warranty

In the event that the matter on receipt by the buyer is not in conformity with the contract (hereinafter referred to as "conflict with the contract"), the buyer has the right to the seller free of charge and without undue delay, put the product in accordance with the purchase agreement, and according to by exchanging the purchaser, or repair, unless such procedure is not possible, the buyer may request a reasonable discount on the price or withdraw from the contract. This does not apply if the buyer about the conflict with the contract knew or conflict with the contract he has caused . Conflict with the contract, which will take effect within six (6) months from the date of the takeover is considered to be inconsistency in its takeover, if not in the nature of things or if it is proven otherwise. Unless the things that quickly corrupts or used goods, the seller for defects, which occur as a conflict with the contract after the item within the warranty period (guarantee).

 

Security and Privacy

When ordering will be required your valid identification information. These data are necessary for the issuance of the invoice and delivery of goods. Seller is not responsible for any problems resulting from stating of incorrect or incomplete data, especially when the non-telephonic contact. Seller declares that all personal information is strictly confidential and is handled in accordance with Act No. 101/2000 Coll. In any case, we do not provide this information to third parties. Required data are necessary extent available only for the seller or delivery services that are directly involved in the execution of the order of the buyer or delivery of goods. Communication between the buyer and the Seller's site is secured by SSL certificate.
 

Final provisions

If the relationship associated with the use of the Web site or the legal relationship of the purchase agreement includes an international (foreign) element, the parties agree that the relationship is governed by Czech law. This does not affect the rights of consumers resulting from generally binding legislation. The seller is entitled to sell goods on the basis of trade license and seller activity is not subject to any other permissions. Trade inspection carried out under its authority the Trade Office. If any provision of the Terms and Conditions is invalid or ineffective, or becomes, instead of the invalid provision a provision whose meaning is invalid provision comes closest. The invalidity or unenforceability of one provision is without prejudice to the validity of the remaining provisions. Amendments and supplements to the purchase agreement or terms and conditions require a written form.
